Ginger Benefits For Beauty

The ginger rhizome is not only beneficial for the tasty cuisine, but also maintain the beauty.
Here are the benefits of ginger to beauty and how its use: 

1. Hair Smoothing  

Rough and dull hair can be softened with ginger. The content of essential oils in it can soften the hair as well as perfume. Combined with olive oil, will strengthen the essential oils in ginger.

Method:
Make as much ginger juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil mixed with 2 tablespoons. Toss well, apply on hair and scalp. Let stand for 25 minutes and Wash as usual, do 2 times a week.
 
2. Normalize oily skin 
Ginger is great for treating oily skin, some of the minerals contained in ginger oil production would eliminate. What else is mixed several other ingredients such as sea salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.


Method:
Take sea salt, ginger that has been shredded, ground cinnamon and nutmeg powder as much as a teaspoon. Mix together and add enough water until dough-like paste and can apply. Apply on face, leave 20 minutes, rinse with cold water until clean.

3. Prevent premature aging
